💼 About This Role

You'll assist adult and geriatric patients in attaining optimal physical well-being through treatment and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist. You'll perform home health visits across Franklin, Nash, and Vance counties. This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide treatment and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being
• Perform tests, client education, and appropriate interventions
• Document patient progress and communicate with supervising therapist

📋 Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in the state of North Carolina
• Graduation from a two-year college level program approved by the APTA
• At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
