💼 About This Role

You'll own QA strategy and execution for a fast-moving crypto product team building a non-custodial wallet and payment systems. You'll ensure end-to-end quality across mobile apps and backend services, driving automation effectiveness and production stability in high-stakes financial environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Test complex fintech and crypto flows including transactions, swaps, and custody
• Define QA metrics and reporting frameworks (defect rate, escape rate, coverage)
• Monitor production stability using Sentry, Firebase, or Grafana
• Mentor a QA engineer and improve QA processes across the team

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of QA experience
• 3+ years of mobile testing (iOS/Android)
• Strong fintech or crypto product background
• Manual testing with API tools (Postman, Charles Proxy)
