• Design and implement scalable backend services for the Cards product.
• Contribute to the architecture and long-term technical vision.
• Own end-to-end delivery of new features from design to production.
• Provide technical mentorship to other engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building backend systems and APIs in production.
• Proficient in at least one backend language like Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Splunk.
