🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop, manage and allocate systems requirements and interfaces
• Manage and execute gated design and operational reviews (PDR, CDR)
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation plans are implemented
• Coordinate technical decision making across multiple teams

📋 Requirements

• B.S. degree in engineering or other technical field
• 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience on large, complex systems
• Proficiency in requirements development, architectural design, interface management, or V&V
• Experience with systems engineering tools (Jira, Confluence, Flow, Teamcenter)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high energy laser systems, optics, or fusion energy systems
• INCOSE ASEP or CSEP certification
• Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
