Description

You will support the development and engagement of Point72's global workforce by helping implement impactful learning programs. Collaborate with the L&D team on event coordination, LMS administration, communications, vendor management, and reporting to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• 1+ year corporate work experience (including internships)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with initiative
• Commitment to highest ethical standards

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global L&D team to support learning programs and resources
• Coordinate events: schedule speakers, manage materials, registration, logistics, and feedback
• Administer Learning Management System (LMS): configure workshops, upload content, track attendance, manage communications
• Collaborate on monthly newsletters and program communications
• Support external training vendor contracting process, generate L&D metrics reports, and manage online learning tools
