🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate creative direction into compelling designs across web, social, email, video, events, and print.
• Lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to designers.
• Develop campaign concepts aligned with brand standards and business goals.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, content, digital, and strategy teams.

📋 Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience in brand and marketing design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital and print design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding designers.

• Familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
• Awareness of emerging design trends and AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
