🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute BD strategy for payment services
• Identify new market opportunities and build client pipeline
• Establish strategic partnerships with merchants and aggregators
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms and SLAs

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development or sales in fintech/payments
• Strong understanding of digital payments ecosystem (card, POS, QR, e-wallets)
• Proven success in leading sales teams and closing strategic deals
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA is a plus
• Experience in crypto industry
• Can speak Mandarin Chinese
