🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and operate core GTM systems like Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Build dashboards and analytics for pipeline health and funnel conversion.
  • Support forecasting cadences and coverage modeling for segments.
  • Lead strategic programs on segmentation, territory models, and capacity planning.

📋 Requirements

  • 5–8 years experience in Revenue Operations or related roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with GTM systems like Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Strong strategic and analytical instincts to model scenarios and interpret trends.
  • Systems thinking with ability to design scalable processes.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting Enterprise and Digital Native segments simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Exposure to compensation modeling and quota design.
