You'll own the operational backbone of Conversion, leading the recruiting engine, company finances, and legal/administrative execution at an AI-native marketing automation startup. You'll work directly with founders and touch nearly every part of the business in a fast-paced, building-from-scratch environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting motion from agencies to in-house sourcing.
  • Manage company finances including runway tracking and cost efficiency.
  • Handle vendor contracts, office agreements, and legal paperwork.
  • Coordinate special projects across marketing and sales.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in consulting, recruiting, or operations.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Ability to build processes from scratch rather than inherit them.
  • Strong analytical instincts with comfort working on financial data.

  • Experience in a founding or early ops role.
  • Familiarity with AI or SaaS companies.
  • Previous exposure to legal and vendor management.
