๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the operational backbone of Conversion, leading the recruiting engine, company finances, and legal/administrative execution at an AI-native marketing automation startup. You'll work directly with founders and touch nearly every part of the business in a fast-paced, building-from-scratch environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting motion from agencies to in-house sourcing.
- Manage company finances including runway tracking and cost efficiency.
- Handle vendor contracts, office agreements, and legal paperwork.
- Coordinate special projects across marketing and sales.
๐ Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting, recruiting, or operations.
- Experience at a high-growth startup.
- Ability to build processes from scratch rather than inherit them.
- Strong analytical instincts with comfort working on financial data.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a founding or early ops role.
- Familiarity with AI or SaaS companies.
- Previous exposure to legal and vendor management.
