You'll develop standards and architectures for industrial control systems at a fusion energy company. Your work will enable repeatable, scalable designs for the ARC era. You'll also mentor junior engineers and ensure reliability and safety integration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and improve I&C design standards and norms
• Develop standard control cabinet designs and guidance documents
• Oversee integration of DCS/PLC hardware for a unified automation network
• Design training programs for technicians and junior engineers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in process, chemical, or I&C engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Process, Electrical or related field
• Experience designing, commissioning, and operating industrial control systems under QA program
• Experience selecting, specifying, and calibrating instrumentation and control components

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Siemens SIMATIC S7 and Beckhoff product ranges
• Experience with AVEVA, Team Center, NX, or Odoo
• Experience in I&C engineering in power generation
