Responsibilities

• Respond to retailer inquiries via email/phone
• Create bill of ladings and request rate quotes
• Ensure shipments processed within SLAs
• Manage claims for damaged/lost shipments and chargebacks
• Process RMA, call tags, and parts replacement orders
