You'll serve as a strategic recruiter for issue advocacy and civic engagement organizations within the Stand Together community. You'll drive outbound sourcing and deliver a high-touch candidate experience for mission-critical roles. This role offers remote flexibility from Arlington, VA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
• Draft SEO-friendly job descriptions and execute full-cycle recruitment.
• Engage in heavy outbound sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct structured behavioral and skills-based interviews.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruitment or sales experience.
• Proven ability to creatively source and close top-tier talent.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Lever, and similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience recruiting for public policy or advocacy organizations.
• Understanding of the liberty movement and right-of-center landscape.
