Description

You will supervise and coordinate shift technicians and contractors to maintain industrial plant equipment, ensuring work orders are planned and executed safely and compliantly. You'll manage maintenance activities in a GMP-regulated environment, respond to emergencies, and support training and development.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in technical field or equivalent
• 5+ years in industrial, operations, or maintenance role
• Thorough knowledge of industrial plant equipment in chemical/pharmaceutical fields
• Working knowledge of FDA, OSHA, and GMP regulations
• Trade skills of a Maintenance Mechanic and proficiency with Maximo CMMS

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift technicians and contractors for mechanical maintenance and repair
• Collaborate with Maintenance Planners and Production Schedulers to meet schedule compliance
• Respond to emergency work requests and negotiate work order priorities
• Assess and implement technical and leadership training needs
• Ensure all maintenance work order results recorded in CMMS (Maximo)
