💼 About This Role

You'll provide ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic or in-home setting. Your core impact is helping kids meet developmental goals through play-based, high-energy engagement. You'll collaborate with BCBAs and support families with consistent communication.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work 1:1 with children using active play to achieve therapy goals
• Teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills through creative methods
• Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Build trust with parents through training and consistent communication

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working with children (daycare, camp, teaching, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to travel to clinic and client homes
• Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire

✨ Nice to Have

• Completion of 40-hour Behavior Technician training course
• Active CPR certification
