You'll lead sustainment of Anduril's autonomous Precision Engagement Systems (Anvil and Bolt), ensuring mission readiness. You'll drive fleet-wide reliability by resolving field failures, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating across teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead sustainment of Bolt and Anvil deployments
• Triage, diagnose, and root cause product incidents
• Assess and improve fleet observability and telemetry
• Support global customers through proactive communications

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience or 8+ years operational experience
• Self-starter able to resolve issues independently
• Problem-solving in unstructured hardware/software/networking situations
• Eligibility for U.S. Secret Security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior combat arms, aviation, or ordnance military occupational specialty
• Experience supporting UAS as DOD contractor or end-user
• Familiarity with air defense principles or C-UAS kill chains
