You'll own the customer support experience, driving issues to resolution across ticketing, email, and Slack. You'll build and maintain a knowledge base while partnering with Engineering on root cause analysis. You'll also aggregate support trends to influence product improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own customer support across ticketing, email, and Slack channels
  • Diagnose technical issues in hybrid/on-prem and cloud environments
  • Build and maintain knowledge base with runbooks and troubleshooting guides
  • Aggregate support trends for Product and Engineering teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years in technical support or customer engineering
  • Proven debugging and log-analysis skills across distributed systems
  • Familiarity with API and data integration and coding languages (TypeScript, Go, Python)
  • Experience with cloud and data center infrastructure deployments

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Support experience with security products or non-SaaS applications
  • Hands-on experience with AI systems and agentic frameworks
  • Experience building or moderating a technical user community
