You'll own the customer support experience, driving issues to resolution across ticketing, email, and Slack. You'll build and maintain a knowledge base while partnering with Engineering on root cause analysis. You'll also aggregate support trends to influence product improvements.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own customer support across ticketing, email, and Slack channels
- Diagnose technical issues in hybrid/on-prem and cloud environments
- Build and maintain knowledge base with runbooks and troubleshooting guides
- Aggregate support trends for Product and Engineering teams
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years in technical support or customer engineering
- Proven debugging and log-analysis skills across distributed systems
- Familiarity with API and data integration and coding languages (TypeScript, Go, Python)
- Experience with cloud and data center infrastructure deployments
โจ Nice to Have
- Support experience with security products or non-SaaS applications
- Hands-on experience with AI systems and agentic frameworks
- Experience building or moderating a technical user community
