Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish) important
• Experience in dispatching or scheduling
• Long-term commitment to the company

Responsibilities

• Take scheduling calls from clients and PMs
• Create daily dispatch schedules with truck/trailer numbers and crew priorities
• Confirm needed equipment and materials are on hand
• Order rental equipment and rock as needed
• Manage material inventory
