Description

This role involves leading new product qualification and reliability testing for Peloton's fitness equipment. You will build test plans, validate products, manage lab partners, and drive root cause analysis to ensure quality and safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Taiwan, NY, and Seattle.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years systematic product testing experience
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
• Excellent communication in Chinese and English
• 3D Modeling (Solidworks) and ability to read/create mechanical drawings
• Statistical Analysis (Python, R, Minitab) and Automation (LabVIEW or PLC)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain test plans for new products and sustaining engineering
• Perform product validation and verification using testing equipment and custom machinery
• Manage ODM/OEM and third party labs to complete test tasks
• Design, build, and automate custom test rigs/fixtures
• Deliver validation status and results to cross-functional teams
