🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
- Lead as a player-coach, closing largest enterprise deals.
- Build and scale the sales organization from the ground up.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, CS, and Product.
📋 Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 10+ years in senior sales leadership with direct ownership of multi-million-dollar targets.
- 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile logistics technology.
- Proven forecasting accuracy with rigorous pipeline inspection and MEDDPICC/SPICED frameworks.

- Prior experience integrating sales teams post-acquisition.
- MBA or relevant graduate degree.
