You'll lead the sales organization for the largest Transportation Management System (TMS) in the market, post-merger. You'll build and scale the sales engine, drive revenue growth, and shape go-to-market strategy. This role offers ground-floor impact in a newly unified industry leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
  • Lead as a player-coach, closing largest enterprise deals.
  • Build and scale the sales organization from the ground up.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, CS, and Product.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership with direct ownership of multi-million-dollar targets.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile logistics technology.
  • Proven forecasting accuracy with rigorous pipeline inspection and MEDDPICC/SPICED frameworks.

  • Experience in healthcare delivery or related B2B verticals.
  • Prior experience integrating sales teams post-acquisition.
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree.
