Description

You will own infrastructure capacity management for Netskope's FedRAMP and PBMM accredited environments, building sophisticated models to ensure resource availability across North American datacenters. You'll balance technical modeling with cross-functional leadership, architecting growth strategies to scale ahead of demand.

Requirements

• US citizenship required
• Experience with OpenStack, KVM Hypervisors, or Kubernetes (2+ technologies)
• Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, SumoLogic)
• Background in building automated tooling for capacity modeling using code (Python) or AI
• Strong communication and bias for action

Responsibilities

• Develop capacity models for NewEdge Dataplane infrastructure
• Manage OpenStack capacity modeling and VM allocation
• Lead Kubernetes capacity modeling and right-size pod allocations
• Build growth models incorporating sales pipeline to support expanding environment
• Communicate requirements and drive solutions across stakeholder teams
