Description

As a Senior Content Designer at Roblox, you'll shape content strategy and UX writing for safety-focused products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft clear, engaging user experiences that make the platform safer for millions of players and creators.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX copy, microcopy, and style guides
• Experience in content strategy for sensitive user experiences requiring legal, civility, and localization review
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, UX, HCI, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create and refine UX content for Safety products and features
• Contribute to building and maintaining content guidelines for voice, tone, terminology, and style
• Work with the design team to integrate content strategy throughout the product design process
• Use empathy, logic, data, and best practices to inform content choices and document them
• Advocate for the importance of Content Design within the organization
