Description

You will support construction period financing and asset optimization for wind, solar, and energy storage projects. This hybrid role involves financial modeling, transaction execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive value across Clearway's portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
• 2-4 years experience in project finance, portfolio management, or M&A in energy sector
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex financial models
• Ability to interpret financing agreements and contracts
• Tax equity experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Support funding and asset optimization for renewables projects
• Work with lenders, investors, consultants, and lawyers on funding processes
• Update financial models with bringdown assumptions and scenario analysis
• Track tax equity models and projected returns
• Summarize economics for senior leaders
