💼 About This Role

You'll own our IT infrastructure end-to-end, covering identity and access management, device management, and productivity tooling. You'll build automations that reduce workload and maintain hardware across clinic and manufacturing environments. This role is for a senior, autonomous engineer who uses AI every day as a core part of how they work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own IT infrastructure including identity, device management, and tooling.
• Build automations to reduce manual work across the business.
• Maintain and expand the internal knowledge base.
• Manage hardware lifecycle across clinic and manufacturing environments.

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience managing IT infrastructure at scale.
• Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise stack (Azure/Intune/M365, Google Workspace/JAMF, or equivalent).
• A genuine power user of AI tools with real examples of usage.
• Strong practical experience with automation platforms (Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or scripting).

✨ Nice to Have

• AV or clinic-specific systems experience.
• Cisco or networking fundamentals.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare.
