Description

You will lead the design and development of scalable backend systems using Java and microservices, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver enterprise-grade software products. This role is office-based in Trivandrum.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or related field
• 12+ years software development with strong Java focus
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, microservices, REST APIs
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Proficient in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of Java applications and microservices
• Architect scalable, maintainable, secure backend solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA for timely delivery
• Conduct design/code reviews and drive continuous improvement
