💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles at a fast-paced AI hardware startup, sourcing candidates from non-traditional channels like GitHub and arXiv. Your work directly shapes the team that's building transformative AI inference systems. You'll receive mentorship while driving real hiring decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own requisitions end-to-end: sourcing, screening, closing
• Source candidates from GitHub, arXiv, niche communities
• Coordinate interviews and lead candidate debriefs
• Build recruiting systems and processes from scratch

📋 Requirements

• 0–2 years of recruiting, sales, or sourcing experience
• Proven track record beyond the classroom (clubs, projects)
• Genuine curiosity about AI or deep tech
• Low ego, high drive, and coachable attitude
