You'll assist with planning and execution of testing strategies across multiple projects, helping to develop and maintain automation frameworks. You'll manage defects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with developers to align QA processes with business objectives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with planning and execution of testing strategies across projects
• Develop, maintain, and refine automation processes and frameworks
• Manage and triage defects, drive resolutions
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional QA or software testing experience
• Experience with automation testing (low-code/no-code tools like Mabl, Playwright, or Selenium)
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration)

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with Mabl
• Prior experience as an SDET or similar technical QA role
• Experience mentoring or leading QA team members
