You'll design, build, and operate Workday systems powering critical people workflows at OpenAI. You'll improve reliability through strong engineering practices and build AI-driven internal tooling integrations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and workflow automations
• Improve reliability and scalability of People systems through engineering practices
• Build technical solutions connecting Workday with internal platforms and AI tools
• Use Git-based development and CLI tools for safe, efficient delivery

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in Workday engineering or integrations
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday technologies like EIB, Studio, Extend
• Track record of building technical solutions beyond administration or configuration
• Comfort working in Git-based environments with modern software development practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Workday with finance, identity, or recruiting systems
• Experience with observability, alerting, and production support
• Familiarity with secure systems design handling sensitive employee data
