You'll lead a team of BDRs to build a qualified pipeline for cloud security solutions at a fast-growing startup. You'll drive hiring, training, and strategy while collaborating with marketing and sales to meet quarterly targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire and train a team of 4-8 Business Development Representatives
• Manage day-to-day BDR operations, analytics, and strategy
• Work with Marketing and Field Marketing to drive leads in territory
• Analyze quarterly targets and forecast pipeline creation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a sales team
• Experience calling into or selling to IT organizations
• Experience with Salesforce, Seamless.ai, ZoomInfo, and Outreach
• Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

• Experience hiring and scaling a team
• Coaching and training reps on inbound/outbound strategies
• Experience with pipeline development and territory management
