You'll lead Door to Door and Real Estate Partner sales teams in the Atlanta market, driving day-to-day execution of market-level strategy. Your core impact is achieving sales goals by managing hiring, coaching, and operational reporting. This role offers the chance to work cross-functionally and represent the GFiber brand as a local market leader.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and daily operations of IA and D2D teams.
- Ensure teams hit monthly activity targets and drive deal conversion.
- Manage the NPLB (no property left behind) process.
- Collect local market intelligence and generate sales reports.
- Engage externally with local and national decision makers in multi-family space.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in sales management or operations.
- 5 years of experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Sheets) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- 3 years of experience leading a Door to Door sales channel.
- 1 year of experience in multi-dwelling property sales.

- Direct experience building and managing Sales teams in telecom industry.
- Experience managing extended workforce teams.
- Experience converting existing multi-dwelling properties to bulk deals.
