💼 About This Role

You'll provide rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team. Your work will enable clients to remain at home safely and independently. This role offers up to $1,360 weekly pay for part-time hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations of functional status and ADL performance.
• Develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.

📋 Requirements

• Current South Carolina Occupational Therapist license.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
