You'll join Deel's IT Fulfilment team to ensure customer orders are shipped on time. You'll prepare products for dispatch, including picking and packing, while maintaining inventory accuracy. This role offers hands-on startup operations and opportunity to grow into new roles as they arise.

• Prior experience in a fulfillment warehouse or distribution center

• Strong interest in building and scaling a growing business
