You'll own end-to-end design for mobile-first business software used by over 20,000 businesses, working with a tight team to ship consumer-grade experiences. You'll turn complex workflows into simple, elegant journeys and leverage AI tools to move faster. This role offers direct impact in a fast-paced startup with global team retreats.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product design end-to-end from opportunity to shipping
• Design for mobile-first, then scale to larger screens
• Leverage AI tools throughout your design process
• Turn complex workflows into simple, elegant journeys

📋 Requirements

• Strong mobile app experience (B2C preferred)
• Comfortable designing for both mobile and web
• Shipped products with real user traction
• Fluent in English

• Ability to use data and user insights to inform design
