Description

You will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, overseeing all finance and accounting operations. You'll drive growth strategy through organic and acquisition channels, improve EBITDA margins, and generate sustainable free cash flow.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of financial leadership in a service organization
• Demonstrated track record as CFO or equivalent role
• Strong systems implementation experience
• Experience in private owned business interfacing with lenders and equity holders

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and executive team to shape strategy and enhance performance
• Lead financial transformation projects including billing and commissioning system optimization
• Develop KPIs and dashboards connecting financial results to operational drivers
• Mentor finance and accounting team of ~25 professionals
• Lead M&A financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration
