You'll drive adoption and expansion of QGenda's healthcare workforce management platform for 4500+ healthcare organizations. You'll build lasting relationships with customers, proactively tackle business problems, and create value through feature utilization. This role combines strategic guidance with technology to increase retention and revenue growth.
π― What You'll Do
- Oversee client lifecycle and drive adoption of QGenda
- Work cross-functionally with TAMs and support teams
- Build relationships with key influencers and executives
- Monitor at-risk customers and manage escalations
π Requirements
- 3+ years of pre-sales customer/account management or 2+ years post-sales
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and events
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Customer Success Platforms (e.g. PlanHat)
- Success COACHING CCSM certifications
- Experience in Healthcare market or IT ecosystem
