You'll be the operational backbone of Fleetio's post-sales organizations, partnering with Customer Success, Account Management, Finance, and GTM Systems to improve visibility and streamline workflows. Your core impact is enabling repeatable processes that drive retention and expansion across the customer lifecycle. This role stands out for its direct work with C-level leadership and the chance to build structure in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own reporting and dashboards for ARR performance across churn, contraction, reactivation, and expansion.
- Analyze trends to identify root causes and inform changes to GTM plays or segmentation.
- Fine-tune renewal and expansion forecasting by improving data hygiene and visibility.
- Design scalable post-sales processes including customer handoffs and lifecycle milestones.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar within B2B SaaS.
- Experience building reporting and managing workflows in Salesforce and/or Gainsight.
- Familiarity with customer health metrics and leading indicators for churn and expansion.
- Track record in cross-functional collaboration and driving strategic projects from ideation to adoption.
