🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze retention funnel and customer journey to identify bottlenecks.
• Create and monitor dashboards for Churn, Net Retention, and Health Score.
• Lead projects to improve CS processes and metrics.
• Translate complex data into executive presentations with storytelling.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of BI tools like Looker Studio and Metabase.
• Experience leading projects end-to-end.
• Experience with automation or AI solutions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, Churn, ARR).
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
