In this role, you will partner with Account Executives and clients to provide exceptional support throughout the sales operations process, building long-term trusted relationships by delivering accurate service and driving operational excellence. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, oversee account management, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in client-facing account management or sales support
  • Background in technology, IT solutions, or channel distribution preferred
  • Proven success managing multiple accounts with accuracy and strategic focus
  • Skilled in quoting tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking

Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted advisor to key accounts and executive sponsors
  • Support new client onboarding and growth initiatives
  • Generate accurate quotes and process orders
  • Oversee customer account management, including contract negotiations
  • Coordinate with internal/external teams for stocking needs and delivery schedules
