🎯 What You'll Do
- Greet customers with warmth and urgency in person, phone, or online
- Oversee all customer communications and route urgent medical calls
- Deliver personalized experiences by finding creative ways to say yes
- Follow up with customers post-visit to strengthen relationships
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer service role
- Advanced knowledge of practice management software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
