Description

You will build and scale the UI for the Lightning AI platform, taking ownership of features from proof-of-concept to release. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality, performant frontend infrastructure using React and Redux.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles
• Hands-on frontend engineering experience in a SaaS company
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Write readable, testable, and efficient code in React and Redux
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to develop UI and frontend infrastructure
• Evaluate and document technical architecture, tools, and processes
• Champion software quality, automation, and continuous delivery
• Mentor engineers on system design and problem-solving
