You'll oversee all restaurant operations for a rapidly expanding soul food chain, reporting to the Director of Operations. Your core impact will be driving sales growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction while developing staff. This role offers the chance to help build the largest Black-owned restaurant group in the nation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare annual forecasts and budgets, analyze variances, and control costs.
• Build sales through local promotion and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Select, onboard, and retain team members through coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

📋 Requirements

• Several years as a restaurant general manager or similar role.
• Excellent business math skills to analyze cost reports.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in computer tools like email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
