  • Be primary point of contact for customer support and escalation cases
  • Troubleshoot issues and find workarounds for customers
  • Communicate status updates to customers regularly
  • Write technical notes and knowledge base entries

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience supporting large enterprise customers
  • Strong TCP/IP knowledge
  • Experience with network security technologies like Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec
  • Expertise in UNIX/Linux systems administration

โœจ Nice to Have

  • DLP and Encryption gateway experience
  • Active Directory/LDAP experience
  • Familiarity with ServiceCloud or similar support tools
