๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Be primary point of contact for customer support and escalation cases
- Troubleshoot issues and find workarounds for customers
- Communicate status updates to customers regularly
- Write technical notes and knowledge base entries
๐ Requirements
- 5-8 years experience supporting large enterprise customers
- Strong TCP/IP knowledge
- Experience with network security technologies like Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec
- Expertise in UNIX/Linux systems administration
โจ Nice to Have
- DLP and Encryption gateway experience
- Active Directory/LDAP experience
- Familiarity with ServiceCloud or similar support tools
