Description

You will serve as the front line for clients using Ripple's treasury management platform, troubleshooting issues, managing requests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver fast, high-quality resolutions. You'll own problems end-to-end and help improve client experience.

Requirements

  • Curious and solutions-driven with experience in fast-paced environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, comfortable with logs and complex systems
  • Organized with ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • B2B technical support experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Be the front line for clients, owning issues end-to-end
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests to meet SLAs
  • Troubleshoot payment formats, extracts, connectivity, and Alliance Lite 2
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Managers, Solutions, and Engineering
  • Spot patterns in client issues and develop actionable insights
