Description
You will serve as the front line for clients using Ripple's treasury management platform, troubleshooting issues, managing requests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver fast, high-quality resolutions. You'll own problems end-to-end and help improve client experience.
Requirements
- Curious and solutions-driven with experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills, comfortable with logs and complex systems
- Organized with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- B2B technical support experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Be the front line for clients, owning issues end-to-end
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests to meet SLAs
- Troubleshoot payment formats, extracts, connectivity, and Alliance Lite 2
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Managers, Solutions, and Engineering
- Spot patterns in client issues and develop actionable insights
