• Champion adoption of KCS v6 practices across support and engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in technical support enablement or knowledge management
• Strong knowledge of KCS v6 methodology
• Experience with open-source databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB
• Experience with knowledge management platforms like Confluence, Salesforce Knowledge, or ServiceNow
