You'll lead and scale social and influencer strategy across key APAC markets including Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. You'll drive brand awareness and performance outcomes through strategic planning and tactical execution. This role offers the opportunity to shape APAC growth strategy at a leading e-commerce platform.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop and execute APAC social media and influencer strategies aligned with global brand objectives.
- Lead and manage external social and influencer agencies across multiple APAC markets.
- Establish KPIs, performance expectations, and reporting structures for agency partners.
- Identify emerging creator trends, platforms, and partnership models to innovate continuously.
- Partner with Performance Marketing and E-commerce teams to align influencer impact with revenue.
π Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing with APAC scope.
- Proven experience managing agencies across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of Japan and/or Korea social ecosystems.
- Fluency in English and one of Japanese, Korean, or Chinese depending on location.

- Experience in e-commerce or health/wellness industry.
- Familiarity with performance marketing analytics tools.
- Regional experience beyond Japan/Korea (e.g., Southeast Asia).
