Join K Health to deliver fully remote, video-based primary care including preventive, acute, and chronic care. You will manage a dedicated patient panel and leverage our clinical AI platform to reduce administrative burden, while making a meaningful impact on communities with limited access to in-person care.

Requirements

• Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience
• 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting
• Experience with virtual visits
• Active NC or SC state medical license

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote, virtual setting
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician
• Refer patients to specialists or acute care services when clinically indicated
• Work on population health initiatives for risk-attributed patients
• Support patients post-discharge to reduce hospital readmissions
