You'll work directly with the VP of Seller Operations to solve important operational and commercial problems across the seller journey at Motorway, the UK's fastest-growing used car marketplace. You'll drive initiatives that improve conversion, customer experience, and operational efficiency through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning messy problems into structured solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify operational and commercial improvement opportunities across the seller journey
• Analyze operational, financial, and product data to diagnose problems and opportunities
• Lead cross-functional projects from idea through to implementation
• Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual work

• Strong problem-solving ability with instinct to identify issues and opportunities
• Experience analyzing data and operational metrics to inform decisions
• Track record of driving initiatives from idea to delivery in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate clear solutions
