You'll build and scale the true operational core of the employee experience at a high-growth security company. You'll lead global lifecycle administration, compliance, immigration, and mobility across six countries. This role reports directly to the Head of People Operations & Strategy and is your chance to shape scalable processes and drive a seamless global experience.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale the People Ops function across multiple global entities.
  • Establish clear operating model and strategy for People Ops processes.
  • Ensure day-to-day operational excellence and compliance in every region.
  • Partner with People Business Partners to translate strategy into execution.
  • Manage HRIS data integrity, audit processes, and reporting workflows.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive People Operations or HR experience.
  • 3+ years in a people management role.
  • Experience leading core People Ops functions at a high-growth tech company.
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and compliance across multiple countries.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with HiBob or Workday HRIS platforms.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems.
  • Open to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency.
