Description
You'll be the right hand to the CEO, managing both professional and personal matters with discretion and efficiency. You'll handle everything from CEO calendar management and travel logistics to ad-hoc office tasks and day-to-day operational support, making an immediate impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Absolute discretion and integrity when handling sensitive, confidential information
- Proactive and autonomous mindset with entrepreneurial thinking
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with flexible, evolving responsibilities
- Proficiency with calendar management, travel booking, and productivity tools (Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO calendar, meeting coordination, and scheduling with multiple stakeholders
- Arrange travel logistics including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itinerary planning
- Handle correspondence, follow-ups, and priority management on behalf of the CEO
- Provide support on both professional business matters and personal administrative tasks
- Manage sensitive information with absolute discretion and integrity
- Support general office operations, including vendor management, supplies, facilities coordination and other ad-hoc tasks
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, and team gatherings
- Handle ad-hoc projects and requests from leadership and departments
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive business and personal information
