Description

You will build and lead R&D-focused business with DoD and U.S. Government labs, identifying early-stage opportunities and driving capture execution from customer engagement through award. You'll shape problem framing, build transition pathways, and coordinate with engineering teams and Service Growth Leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. Government acquisition process (FAR and non-traditional pathways)
• Experience supporting Federal R&D proposals with demonstrated success capturing complex low TRL awards
• Ability to build trust with technical and operational stakeholders
• Ability to obtain Top Secret / SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Monitor R&D solicitation channels (BAAs, CSOs, SBIR/STTR, etc.) and build qualified pipeline
• Develop capture plans aligned with business priorities and growth targets
• Lead win themes for R&D capture content including abstracts, white papers, and proposals
• Engage customers through high-touch engagements and support demonstrations
• Coordinate internal and external contributors to deliver high-quality submissions on time
