You'll join a GPCR-focused biotech to design formulations for preclinical studies. You'll ensure fit-for-purpose formulations support DMPK, pharmacology, and toxicology. This role offers the opportunity to work on early-stage small molecule programs with high impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design early formulation strategies for preclinical studies
• Manage and execute formulation screening studies
• Implement formulation workflows and best practices
• Represent early formulation on cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• PhD with 6+ years, MS with 10+, or BS with 12+ in Pharmaceutics or related field
• Demonstrated success in small molecule formulation development
• Experience with multiple routes of administration including solid dosage forms
• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques like UPLC/HPLC and solid-state characterization

• Experience with enabling formulations (nanoparticles, lipid-based systems)
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA, EMA)
• Experience managing CROs/CDMOs
